By accessing or using the Star AI website (ainovaapp.netlify.app) or the Star AI mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Star AI is a gamified, multi-model AI chat application. Users can interact with multiple AI models (Fast, Smart, Code, Vision), earn XP, complete daily missions, and progress through levels and a battle pass system. The Service is currently in beta / pre-launch. Features described may change before or after the public launch.

Star AI is not intended for children under 14 years old in Spain and the EU, in accordance with Spain's LOPDGDD and applicable EU digital consent rules. Where COPPA applies (United States), the minimum age is 13. Users under 18 must use the service with parental or guardian consent. By using Star AI, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

By joining the waitlist you agree to receive transactional emails related to Star AI's launch and product updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the link in any email or by contacting us. We will not use your email for unrelated commercial purposes.

All content on this website and app — including but not limited to the Star AI name, logo, design, copy, code, and gamification system — is the exclusive property of Star AI and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

When using Star AI, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
• Use the service to generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape any part of the platform.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' access to it.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

Star AI routes queries to third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others). Responses generated by these models are provided “as is.” Star AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for how you use such output.

The Service includes virtual items such as energy, XP, and battle pass levels. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any in-app purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Virtual items may be modified, suspended, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Star AI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Once account creation is available in the Star AI app, users will be able to delete their account and all associated personal data directly from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by contacting us. Deletion will remove personal data unless retention is required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Our website and app may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., app stores, FitVerso). These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party sites.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If changes are material, we will notify users by email or in-app notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence. Users in the European Union retain all rights granted by applicable EU consumer protection legislation, regardless of this clause.
